Introducing
Chetan Vedvyas, MD

Dr. Chetan Vedvyas is a Harvard-trained, double-board-certified, fellowship-trained Mohs micrographic surgeon and dermatologist. As a valued member of the Precision Healthcare Specialists team, he specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of skin cancer and medical skin disease.

Dr. Vedvyas completed his undergraduate studies at New York University, where he graduated summa cum laude with an honors degree in psychology. He was elected to the Phi Beta Kappa Society, the Psi Chi Honors Society, and received several academic merit scholarships. He was also a two-time awardee of competitive scholarships supporting his research on infectious diseases at the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.

Dr. Vedvyas earned his medical degree from Harvard Medical School, where he was also awarded a PASTEUR clinical research fellowship. He then completed his medical internship at Harvard Cambridge Hospital, and proceeded to dermatology residency at New York University, one of the nation’s most prestigious dermatology programs. Following residency, he completed the nation’s leading fellowship program in Mohs Micrographic Surgery and Dermatologic Oncology at Houston Methodist Hospital.

A diplomate of the American Board of Dermatology, Dr. Vedvyas is committed to providing precise, evidence-based care with a focus on optimal medical and cosmetic outcomes for patients.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Vedvyas enjoys traveling, jogging, cooking, and spending time with his wife and two boys.
