About
At Precision Healthcare Specialists, board-certified urologist Dr. Elliot Blau delivers advanced urologic care with a personal touch. While fellowship-trained in robotic surgery, his practice centers equally on minimally invasive solutions for both enlarged prostate (BPH) and urinary incontinence — helping patients find lasting relief without major surgery. His full scope of practice includes urologic oncology, kidney stones, erectile dysfunction, hormone replacement and general urologic care.
Dr. Blau is a designated Center of Excellence for both UroLift® and Axonics® therapy, a distinction earned through extensive experience and superior patient outcomes with these advanced treatments.
A Southwest Florida native raised in Sarasota, Dr. Blau earned his medical degree at Florida State University and completed his urology residency at Virginia Mason Medical Center in Seattle. He then pursued one of the nation’s most prestigious fellowships in minimally invasive and robotic surgery at Swedish Medical Center, training under world-renowned robotic surgeon Dr. James Porter.
Dr. Blau remains the only robotics-fellowship-trained urologist in Collier County and has authored multiple publications on prostate cancer, kidney cancer, and robotic surgery techniques. He is fluent in Spanish and welcomes Spanish-speaking patients.
Meet Janis Glover, APRN:
Janis Glover, APRN, joined the Precision Healthcare Specialists team in November 2024 to deliver patient-centered care to the Naples community. She brings nearly two decades of advanced nursing expertise to Precision Healthcare Specialists. Janis’s extensive career spans pediatric and adult emergency care, urgent care, geriatrics, and urology, with most of her experience focused on emergency medicine and urological care.

Meet Lauren Davison, APRN, MSN, BSN, RN:
Lauren Davison, APRN, MSN, BSN, RN, is a board-certified Advanced Practice Registered Nurse and a valued member of Precision Healthcare Specialists. She brings a diverse clinical background in primary care, endocrinology, critical care, and urology.
Lauren earned her Master of Science in Nursing as a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner from Kennesaw State University. Throughout her career, she has been committed to evidence-based medicine, patient education, and improving treatment adherence to support long-term health outcomes. Her experience as an ICU nurse strengthened her clinical judgment, attention to detail, and ability to manage complex medical conditions in high-acuity settings.
In addition to direct patient care, Lauren has specialized expertise in urology, working closely with physicians and surgical teams to manage urinary incontinence with medical device therapies. She has supported procedural care, patient education, and therapy optimization to improve the quality of life for individuals with bladder dysfunction.
Lauren is dedicated to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care while empowering patients to take an active role in their health.
