Harry Tsai, MD

Dr. Harold “Harry” Tsai is a board-certified urologist at Precision Healthcare Specialists, providing patient-centered care for men and women with urologic conditions, including benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), erectile dysfunction, low testosterone, and more. He has extensive experience in surgery for kidney, bladder, prostate, and testicular cancers.

After graduating with honors from the University of Chicago, Dr. Tsai earned his medical degree from Rush Medical College in Chicago, Illinois. He completed his urological surgical residency at the Montefiore Medical Center and Albert Einstein College of Medicine in the Bronx, New York. He then served as a urological oncology fellow for two years at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York, New York.

Dr. Tsai offers advanced, minimally invasive treatments, including no-scalpel vasectomy, laparoscopic surgery, cryoablation for kidney tumors, prostate cryoablation for patients who have failed radiation, high-intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU), Botox and urethral bulking for incontinence, and Axonics® therapy for overactive bladder.

He also performs Rezum and Aquablation therapy for BPH, a robotic, heat-free waterjet procedure that uses real-time imaging to remove excess prostate tissue. Each treatment is personalized based on prostate size and anatomy, providing precise symptom relief while minimizing incontinence and preserving sexual function. Additionally, he offers Xiaflex injections for Peyronie’s disease.

Dr. Tsai has a special interest in sacral neuromodulation (Axonics®) and focuses on all aspects of urological cancers, benign prostate disease, kidney stones, urinary incontinence, overactive bladder, erectile dysfunction, and low testosterone.

In addition to presenting multiple podium and poster sessions at the annual American Urological Association meetings, Dr. Tsai has published several papers on kidney and prostate cancer.
