About
Dr. Justin D. Warner brings more than 20 years of surgical experience to Precision Health Specialists. He currently serves as the Chief of Surgery for Naples Community Hospital and the Medical Director of Physicians Day Surgery Center. Board certified by the American Board of Surgery and trained in general surgery, Dr. Warner remains on the cutting edge of abdominal and oncologic surgical techniques. Dr. Warner received his undergraduate and medical degrees from the University of Arkansas. He trained in general surgery with a cancer surgery emphasis under the renowned Edward R. Copeland at the University of Florida Shands Hospital.

Egle Haven is a nurse practitioner specializing in surgical care. With 21 years of experience in the medical field, Egle is dedicated to improving patient outcomes through expert assessment, personalized care plans, and a compassionate approach. As a key member of the surgical team, Egle works closely with surgeons, and other healthcare professionals to ensure that patients receive the highest quality care throughout the surgical process.
Egle performs comprehensive pre-operative evaluations, educates patients about their procedures, and provides post-operative follow-up, managing recovery, pain, wound healing and complications. With advanced training in general surgery, ostomies and wound care, Egle brings a specialized understanding of surgical interventions and recovery protocols. Known for her excellent communication skills and patient-centered approach Egleempowers patients to make informed decisions about their care.
Egle received her BSN from FSW and worked as an RN for 7 years in acute care, prior to earning her Master’s degree in Nursing from the University of Miami. Egle is board-certified through ANCC and maintains ongoing education to stay current with the latest advancements in surgical practices.
Egle is bilingual, fluent in Spanish and English. She enjoys running, dancing, the beach and spending quality time with family and friends.

Rory McDonough is a Certified Physician Assistant specialized in cutaneous surgery. A Florida native, Rory received his training from the prestigious University of Florida College of Medicine (in affiliation with Shands Hospital). With over 20 years of surgical experience, and robust training across multiple practices throughout Florida, Rory has established himself as a skilled and respected professional in his field.
His background in both dermatology and plastic surgery has served to further his current goal of providing quality medical care, keeping close regard to patients’ positive outcomes, appearance, and confidence.
Beyond his clinical practice, Rory demonstrates a strong commitment to medical education. He regularly dedicates time to lecturing medical students on proper surgical technique and provides hands-on surgical training to new resident physicians. This commitment to sharing knowledge and fostering the next generation of medical professionals underscores Rory’s dedication to advancing the field.
For Rory, the most rewarding aspect of his career is witnessing the positive impact of his work through the satisfaction and appreciation of his postoperative patients.
