About
As a urologic expert, Dr. Marc Guttman, brings a wealth of knowledge and prowess to his role at Precision Healthcare Specialists. His dedication to patient care and his innovative approach to treatment make him a valuable asset to the Precision Healthcare Specialists team.
Dr. Guttman earned his bachelor’s degree in biology through the Brooklyn College Scholars Program, Honors Academy, at the City University of New York (CUNY). Next, he attended the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine, where he received his doctorate degree in osteopathic medicine.
He then completed internships at Maimonides Medical Center and Lenox Hill Hospital in New York, where he honed his skills and developed a deep understanding of medical practice. Following his internships, he moved to Philadelphia to train at Albert Einstein Medical Center, where he served as chief resident of urology.
Throughout his career, Dr. Guttman has made significant contributions to medical literature, authoring and co-authoring several scientific articles. He has also presented at grand rounds and prestigious medical society meetings around the world, sharing his insights on minimally invasive and laparoscopic treatments for urological pathologies and cancer.
Today, Dr. Guttman specializes in the detection and treatment of urological pathologies and cancers. His expertise includes BPH therapies, such as Urolift, TURP, and Aquablation, MRI Ultrasound Fusion prostate biopsy, as well as advanced kidney stone management.
Meet Jennifer Palmer, APRN
Dr. Marc Guttman takes a team-oriented approach to care, working closely with nurse practitioner Jennifer Palmer, APRN. After completing nursing school in 2007, Jennifer earned her master’s degree in nursing in 2012. She has worked with Dr. Guttman for nearly a decade. Their collaboration is aimed at the detection and treatment of urological pathologies and cancers for patients in Southwest Florida.
Outside of work, the Naples native enjoys boating, fishing and scuba diving.
