About
Dr. Sean Castellucci is a skilled urologist who treats Southwest Florida patients of all ages at Precision Healthcare Specialists. Committed to advancing urological health, Dr. Castellucci collaborates closely with his patients to develop personalized treatment plans, ensuring they receive the highest quality of care.
He obtained his bachelor’s degree from Alvernia College, graduating as valedictorian and summa cum laude. Dr. Castellucci then earned his doctorate in osteopathic medicine from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. His postgraduate training included a general surgery internship at Mercy Catholic Medical Center and residencies in general surgery at Albert Einstein Medical Center and urology at Hahnemann University Hospital in Philadelphia.
At Precision Healthcare Specialists, Dr. Castellucci specializes in treating bladder, kidney and prostate cancers, as well as female pelvic organ prolapse repair, erectile dysfunction, low testosterone, kidney stones and urinary incontinence. His research contributions, including the first single-port access laparoscopic adrenalectomy, have earned him national and international recognition and several awards, such as the Robert C. Erwin Literary Award and the Leonard Finkelstein Award in urology.
Additionally, Dr. Castellucci is a member of the American Urological Association, the European Association of Urology, and the World Congress of Endourology.

Heather Childress, MSN, FNP-BC
Heather is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner, or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN), specializing in Urology. Originally from Virginia, Heather earned both her Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Nursing from Bluefield College. Heather is nationally accredited by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. Heather has 17 years of nursing experience in Public Health, Women’s Health, and Family Practice. Heather loves to help patients and their families navigate through various health conditions, specifically prostate cancer and urinary incontinence. When she has spare time, you will find Heather with her family, her pets, exercising, or reading.
Victor Zavala More, MMS, PA-C
Victor Zavala More, MMS, PA-C, is a nationally certified physician assistant specializing in urology at Precision Healthcare Specialists. He completed his bachelor’s degree in biomedical science at the University of South Florida, followed by his master’s degree in medical science at Nova Southeastern University in Fort Myers, Florida.
Victor is an active member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the Florida Academy of Physician Assistants. He is certified by the National Commission for Certification of Physician Assistants.
Originally from Peru and fluent in Spanish, Victor has a particular interest in urological and surgical procedures, as well as outpatient care. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, traveling and fishing.
David Deering, MSN, FNP – BC
David is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner, and Advanced Practice Registered Nurse Specializing in Urology. Originally from St. Petersburg, David earned his Bachelor of Science in Nursing at St. Petersburg College before earning his Master of Science in Nursing from the University of South Florida. David is nationally accredited by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. David has 19 years of nursing experience including Critical Care, Cardiovascular ICU, Renal Care and Hospital Urology Care. David enjoys assisting patients and their families cope with complex urologic conditions as well as sexual health disorders. When he’s not working, David enjoys spending time with his family, auto mechanics and travel.
